Nicolas Reis, CEO of Altruja, founded his first company (event agency) during his studies at the Technical University of Munich. He earned his MBA at San Diego State University. Nicolas went on to work for nearly three years at Active Network, one of the most successful online fundraising software providers in the USA. Nicolas then worked atamiando where he was responsible for the Sport Events & Charity division.
Stefan Grothkopp studied Information Technologies at the Technical University of Munich. During his studies, Stefan managed various software projects, including a music portal with more than 4.5 million registered users, as well as many Open Source projects, among others. After his studies, he programmed high security software for a satellite company for more than 2 ½ years. At Altruja, he is responsible for product development and conception, along with the technical operation and administration of the platform.
André Pollklesener studied Business Administration at Berufsakademie Ravensburg. Following his studies he worked for 4 years as a self-employed financial consultant. During these years he co-founded a company that developed Germany’s first comparison site for free-of-commission retirement arrangements. His entrepreneurial experience is a real asset to his work here at Altruja.
Jennifer Bingmann kümmert sich bei Altruja ab sofort um die Zufriedenheit der Bestandskunden und steht diesen beim Einsatz der Altruja Spendentools beratend zur Seite. Sie kommt aus dem Medien- und Kommunikationsbereich und arbeitete zuletzt bei einem Start-up, das Fluggesellschaften und Hotels eine digitale Mediathek anbietet.
After her Master studies in economic, politics and social science in Denmark, Lorena supports the Altruja Team Account Management from now on. She is responsible for the onboarding and integration of new customers and she makes sure that the customer experiences a good start with Altruja.
Up until now, Stefan has been working as a self-employed customer consultant, mainly in the field of knowledge management. During his studies and his occupations as personnel consultant and account manager he gained much experience taking care of business customers. At Altruja he signs responsible for customer requests of all kind and coordinates customer wishes with our IT/product development. In other words, he is the one responsible for your satisfaction. Apart from that, Stefan also works on our pricing and marketing concepts.
Robert has about 20 years worth of experience in sales and business development. In particular, he has developed contacts to NGOs for a social business in Africa which enables people to access energy, light and water. Furthermore, he is voluntarily engaged in a charitable organisation which supports disadvantaged children in Senegal. At Altruja, he advises clients who would like to optimize their online fundraising strategy and coordinates the support of their requirements. In addition, he works on the further development of the sales & marketing concept.
